•For our photography lesson we worked together with local photographer, Mr. Dimitris Pappas (Photo Pappas Studio). We organised 5 workshops with him.
•During our first workshop the photographer taught us how the camera works. More specifically, we learned about the shutter and its speeds.

•During our second meeting we talked about the importance both of light and the angle of the picture in order to give our photo depth and perspective.
•The photographer also used some equipment to show us in practice what he had already explained us.

•During our 3rd Workshop we walked around the centre of Athens.
• We took some pictures of historical monuments and buildings of historical importance, such as the statue of poet Kostis Palamas, the Academy of Athens, The Old Parliament, the statue of Greek War Hero Theodore Kolokotronis, the Byzantine Church of Kapnikarea, the Athens Cathedral, the Arch of Hadrian and the House of Parliament.

•In the fourth workshop we made a photography studio in our school.
• More specifically, the photographer brought lights, a background canvas and equipment to create the perfect studio.
• He explained to us that in the studio we handle the lighting in contrast to the outdoors photographs where there is natural light.

SWEDEN
Since all students has their own iPad, we invited a local photographer called Lars Åhlin to talk about photography and how to improve your photography using only your iPad.

After the lecture, the students in the Erasmus+ team arranged a photo competition for the whole school. The photo competition was about taking photos of the high coast heritage and Swedish traditions. We got many contributions and the winning photo is presented below. The best photos that was sent in to the competition is printed and showed in the Erasmus corner at school.
